Where it lives
Form submissions are received and stored by the site's hosting form service and are accessible to the programme organisers only. The site sets no tracking cookies and runs no analytics; the one thing kept in your browser is your chosen viewing mode, and it never leaves your device.
Who sees it
The organisers of the event you registered for — and no one else. Your data is never sold, exchanged, or handed to third parties.
How long we keep it
Until the event has taken place and its follow-up is closed, after which registration records are deleted. The centennial programme ends with 2026 — so does the data.
Your rights
You may ask what we hold about you, have it corrected, or have it deleted at any time — and withdraw the consent you gave in the form. Reach the organisers through the contacts on the main page; the request is honoured, not negotiated.
